I think anything that seriously disrupts our routine can put is at risk.
And sleep deprivation certainly doesn't help clear thinking.

Yes yes and triple yes.
Thios giving up cigarettes malarky has *seriously* disrupted my sleep.. And while the cravings are low, and I know I don't *want* to smoke.. I so badly want to sleep that I fear I will smoke.

I think insomnia can make you depressed, or so vague and out of it thet you become desperate. Sure.
