I have spent quite a bit of time reading through different problems that you all have been dealing with. My heart goes out to all of you because I know how confusing life is. The biggest obsticle that I have overcome is being hook on Meth for over nine years. I wasn't the occasional user. I was one who bought at least an eightball a week and shared with no one. The only people that even knew I did it were the people that I purchased it from. For the most part I seemed like a "normal, upstanding" person to everyone who knew me but I knew that I was far from normal. I did finally presuade myself to go to a Doctor and the Doctor was able to help me to a point but beyond that I was on my own. So do you really want to know what helped me more then anything and will help everyone else if they are really ready to make their life better....? Some may think I am a freak but please hear me out. You need to find youself a Church, and it isn't just any church, it may take months to find the right one but don't give up. I found mine on a gravel road out in the middle of know where. There are people there who have been where you have been, understand how you feel and will help you find youself. At the same time you will build a relationship with Jesus Christ. You will learn that life isn't about you. If you can't bring yourself to go to Church quite yet....go out and but the book "Purpose driven life" and read it from cover to cover. You will start finding the answers that you have been looking for you entire life. Love ya all, I will be praying for you, & GOD BLESS!

Thats a beautiful thing, keep it up mate, whatever works for you. Religion / Dogma just doesn't cut it for me, although I do understand an infinite consciousness, but that means fu*k all to my hungry consciousness amplifier. I'm planning on a Shamanic retreat in the Amazon, maybe I'll find the same peace you have some day. As you said, God bless.

Don't ever give up on trying to find you inter peace...! It is in there but sometimes it gets burried so deep that some never find it. Keep in mind that your "hungry consciousness amplifier" is being fed by Satan. He is a master at what he does and once he gets a hold of you, nothing less then the grace of God will save you. You can try to find peace in other places but you ain't ever going to find it. Take it from someone who has been to hell and back.... I will be praying for you! Keep in touch.

So, how long have you been off Meth? Also, I basically used the same method as you to get off cigarettes over 12 yrs ago. I had tried everything, but it was God who took my desire to smoke away. Congratulations on be drug-free!!!
