wondering after all these years how many of y'all stuck with the quitting of ciggies?
hopefully 100%!! but we'd settle for ONE person who stuck with stopping smoking.
we continue to thank anyone who has made this choice and offer congrats to those who are taking their first steps in kicking the habit/addiction. plus don't forget how much your lungs are thanking you for stopping!
buena gente de la suerte
it isn't fun to watch ppl we love continue with this addiction/habit but we hope they'll find their reasons to stop when they're ready. that is we are optimistic they'll choose to stop before that choice is made for them---death.

Seven years here. It was hard and I tried many many times before I was successful. 4+ pack a day habit gone.
I won't have any etoh because I am afraid it will make me think, " I can quit again tomorrow."

haven't been around much and currently bopping about thousands of miles from home base.
very very proud of you all for facing an addiction and your abilities at dealing with during quitting and your triumph at overcoming such a "monkey on the back".
= ) thumbs up folks. maybe this reads as cheesy but it is very heartfelt.
