Hello AuntieMel and Justyourlaugh,
I have forgiven myself..wasn't hungover just a little shakey.
I experienced about 30 minutes of joy whilst drinking...listening to music and being nice to the cat.
Will have to paint tonight..once I stop it's hard to motivate.
Still got some booze left..will leave it somewhere or throw it away.
It 's so easy to go on the booze trail without a care.
Maybe stick to the benzo's if I feel crap - but they don't elevate/or bring normality.
Thank you both so much for responding..
Wishing you both well.
