Can't you talk to your acquaintance--just tell him you changed your mind? You've every right to do that. Should only be a little awkwardness, it seems to me. I seriously doubt there'd be any unpleasantness--that only comes with unpaid debts and such, I think. After all, dealers want to avoid unwelcome attention, don't they?

Best,
Pbot

I'm glad you cancelled the deal. Please stay safe. I suspect if they decide they can get money out of you for "nothing", they'd be tempted to do so again. I hope you can plain fade away from their consciousness. Can you avoid them, not talk with them about anything? Stay busy? Claim to be allergic to the stuff if asked? Tell them it gives you hives, acne, or whatever? I don't think it matters if that's technically possible or not-they likely wouldn't know any better anyway. Some people claim to be allergic to pot, after all. (When what they really mean is, "No thanks, I no longer want to smoke.") I wonder if it would be smart or foolish to claim you believe you are under police servailance? Maybe these people will find other, more "promising" prospects to occupy their interest.

Once, one of my friends almost died from unexpectedly potent heroin, didn't mean to or expect that at all. He's lucky to be alive. The only reason he is is because the doctor in the emergency room was the same one who delivered him as a baby and made heroic efforts to save his life.
