Yes, it's true. I do it. Just when I am about to cross the finish line, I bow out. At least that's how it used to be; now I don't even aim for the finish line. My goals shrink as time goes on and I expect nothing of myself so I won't be dissapointed. For four years I have been fixated on getting my medications to just the right mixture to get back that feeling. What was that feeling again? I nearly forgot what it was like to feel anything until this afternoon.
More later...the young one is home.
