I'm on 11 medications, I need a reality check

Doctor prescribed, per day:

Prozac-60 mg
Topamax-100 mg
Seroquel-100 mg
Ritalin ER -20 mg
Provigil -100 mg
Thyroxin -150 mg
Simvastatin (like Lipitor) - 20 mg

Self Prescribed:

Testosterone Injection: 300 mg/week
Alcohol: 1 beer daily
Aspirin: 164 mg/ day
Marijuana: 1 puff every other day

Am I a train wreck or is this about right for a middle aged male with Bipolar II?

Zyprexa 15mg
Celexa 60mg
Wellbutrin sr 300mg
Lovastatin 40mg
Niaspan 2g
Armour thiroid 60 mg
Toprol 50 mg

Asperin 81mg
Fish oil 6g
Glycine 30g
Folic Acid 400ug
Fiber Tabs 2

Thats 12?! Wow, didn't even know how many it was till then. Maybe you are not so bad. Forgot I also take 12mg nicotine and 2 drinks a week.

I must be a boat wreak?!
