I haven't posted anything for a long time because I have found this fantastic stuff. just go to www.chinese-formula.com. It really works. If you have already tried it let me know. It has really worked on me anyway.
Even if you just want to take a holiday from your habbit which is what I first did.
But then it was so good in dealing with the craving that I just gradually quit.

Well it comes with a list of the stuff used in it and I looked them all up. All of them are used in chinese or a type of indian herbal therapy. I've lost the list now but I remember one of them was some Tibetan fungus thing which apparently is quite expensive. Well compared to prices in china,
