i posted here 10 months ago re trying to cease seroxat after 2 failed attemps where withdrawls were just too disturbing...
having been on 20mg for past 8 yr, i have finally broke thru it..2 weeks clear now n little to no symptoms ..TG.used liquid to come down 1mg at time given 2 weeks for system to settle before reducing again.also found walking in morning good n meditation a good help to keep things in perspective.i ate well and avoided all other drugs inc alcohol.also a short course of magnisium/calcium..just on to say it can be done given sites like this where we can share our experience strenght and hope with eachother..best of luck to all who are well and ready to face into leaving this drug behind..
