Snow

The snow
Trickles down the sky
falling slowly
at first
onto the brown
dead grass

The darker it gets
the faster it falls
Until,
It's done

The ground white
and pretty
and fluffy
and soft

Waiting for the kids
to come out
and play

I love the snow, it creates such a surreal world for me. Almost like I can escape from all my trouble, at least for a little while.

I totally agree. I love being outside when the snow is falling... no matter how cold it is.

i have only been to the snow once or twice
years ago now.
i can't really imagine...
except that it must be cold...
