I was pretty bummed out last night and wrote a big follow up post to antianx. meds at the sort of at the top of this page... just curious if anyones read it or has any suggestions?

I read it, but I wasn't going to comment, because I don't have any really great suggestions for you. I can only tell you that I feel for you. I am lucky that Celexa the only AD I've ever taken worked pretty good for me. Although I am no longer on anything, including booze. I am waiting for Lexapro to be released in Canada.
You said ECT worked for you, have you checked into TMS. I think that is right, Transmagnetic Shock, I believe it is called. The so-called new and improved ECT. I am always reading about the latest and greatest improvements and discoveries in mental health. Some may call it obsessive, but it gives me hope, hope that some day we will not have to suffer from anxiety/depression.
Have you tried adding Chromium to any of your SSRI's or by itself? That is supposed to be the newest thing.
Hope you are doing okay, and don't get to down about your weight. I know how you feel about that and we beat ourselves up to much about it. I lost 20 pounds this last nervous breakdown and taking celexa. Of course when I went off Celexa I gained it all back, and I am very pissed about it. I used to model professionally so, I am having a hard time with this. But I also realize being picture perfect is such crap, I haven't bought a fashion magazine in over 10 years and never will again. I am starting to ramble, but I hope you realize I am pulling for you, me and everyone else who is "mentally ill".

Jaynee, thanks for your posts....I've talked with my doc about tms and since he's more familiar with ect weve always chose that route...i;m gonna bring it up on mon. when i see him cause i really feel like crap...anyway thanks again for your post...made me feel not so alone,, especially about the weight thing....its just tough thinking about the way things use to be and its a constant reminder of how fat i've gotten living with a family of skinny type "a" personalities.... now i'm rambling...lol
