I have samples. Thinking I might try it soon. If I do, I'll let you know how it goes.

I am very interested in this because I know it is in a phase 3 trial for depression. I am also interested in its cognitive enhancing effects for people with inattention from bipolar/schizoaffective disorders.

My update is that Memantine has pooped out on me just like any other drugs. But from my experience, it works well with stimulants.

I decided to give it a try. We'll see what happens. It will be combined with Lamictal, imipramine, and Zoloft.

Hi Scott,

Please let us know how you feel.
To me it felt like Desipramine or Reboxetine.
I enjoy the music, and has experience an increase in the sex drive, and the energy.
This is a good medicine. No side effects in my case.

What dosage are you taking or plan to take? I'm using the starter package. 5mg for week 1, and then an increase of 5mg per week up to 20mg.

Good luck!!!
