I'm going up to 100mg real soon and maybe higher
when do you guys take your dose???
Do you split doses throughout the day??

The published information from Glaxo for Bipolar is once daily, regardless of dose. I'm trying to figure out if night or morning dosing is best.
The split doses are more for folks with epilepsy or if you are on Depakene or Depakote along with Lamictal.

I take 100 mg twice a day.
I need to take it twice a day; I can feel the depression start to set in right before my afternoon dose.
I'm pretty depressed when I wake up in the morning, then I take my Lam. and some coffee and I'm really good for 5 hours.

It is not a big deal buddy. Try it and judge by yourself.

It is my experience that twice-a-day dosing of Lamictal is best. On a once-a-day schedule, I tend to experience a slight deterioration as levels trough at the end of the dosing period.

It took some fine tuning. 150 mg in the morning and 50 mg in the pm work great for me. My doc says this if fine. The medicine is working great. I tried different schedules, and I've been on this one successfully now for quite some time.

Lately I split. 50 mg in morning, 25 mg later.
