Has anybody found a way to not wake up 2-3 hours after taking it? I am finally starting to feel like I'm getting good sleep. Never realize how much I have been lacking until I actually get some sleep. I've been taking it several nights in a row (initially prescribed to take 14 nights straight) and i do wake up ready for the day. But I also wake up 1-2 times at night which is frustrating.

How do you sleep through the night all the way?

Maybe adults don't do that anymore? It's been so long, and maybe it's "not normal" to sleep through the night anyway?

Thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,
T.

Well, I do wake up on it, but that is usually because I have to go to the bathroom and I fall right back to sleep. I have found after about a week or so of taking it every night you need to go off of it for a few days before starting it back. It works better that way. And the only thing I found that REALLY helped take the edge off high doses of Wellbutrin (I was on 450mg) was Valium.

Ambien put me to sleep with the l0mg of valium. But the same thing about 4 hours of sleep. It doesn't seem to matter what I take for a sleep med. Have added things on my own and subtracted. I think as you get older you just wake up during the night whether to go to the bathroom or not. And usually if I want to sleep more I need more medication. Only problem is I'll run out it I take more. Fondly, Phillipa
