Im trying to download this thing, i hate computer softwhere, im going balistic, rip this coputer out its socket!
I need, i dont even know if Xanax is going to calm me down.

> Seroquel?I would actually suggest backing away from the computer, watching some television, reading a book, walking around the block, or doing something completely different.
You can drown yourself in psychoactive substances but in the end for this particular purpose they won't help you do a little bit of self-regulation. Call it a bit of behavioural therapy if you want.
Return later when you can think straight -- it will happen.

Yes, I agree, yibow. The situation reminds me of the 'ole story about how a "watched pot never boils". Those slow downloads might be a good time to get up and do something else for awhile.
