Has been approved in the US but do not know if its already available.

Actually I like a bit of euphoria now and than.

If your talking about the Puritan ehic I would have to say no. I am a hedonist. I don't believe God is watching my pill intake. If I have a bit of euphoria now and than I feel like a better person.

Doubt it will be used for all but the severest of pain as docs just don't give out opiods and and the associated dangers. But available now. Phillipa

My assumption is that all opoid based pain relievers carry equal risks for tolerance and addiction?
