Also, I have started taking Zopiclone now and then to help me sleep. Could I use this in the day as an anti-anxiety med? Does it work like that? I tried it today and it seemed to. Don't know whether this is what it's licensed for though.
Anyone with any info, thanks!

It might have some anti anxiety properties as part of its sedative effect, but its likely that you'd better releif with less side effects from a standard anti anxiety med like diazepam (Valium) or lorazepam (Ativan)
