I found this among the stuff I brought back from an inpatient hospitalization I endured 30 years ago. I can't remember what I was thinking at the time. While perhaps not worthy of being cast in stone, I thought I'd share these ten commandments of an addled mind...
1 ) Appreciate the wonders of life
2 ) Seek the truth in all things
3 ) Take care of yourself
4 ) Be honest
5 ) Be nice
6 ) Be remorseful for harms to others
7 ) Do not hate
8 ) Help those in need
9 ) Take care of the Earth
10) Love carefully
