so this stupid bitch...

Posted by alexandra_k on January 19, 2021, at 15:49:54

so this stupid bitch at Work and Income says that they won't let me have a Training Incentive Allowance to cover the $116 per course administration fee for me to do NCEA certificate qualifiations.

Because I have a NZ University Degree (that NZ says doesn't count because it is more than 5 years old) I am not allowed to have a Secondary School / High School level education in courses that I have never studied at Secondary School / High School level.

They really want to get people into stupid University Degrees. They are fond (as always) of them doing courses in Business / Entreprenureship (only when they don't have money in the first place). This is because since they don't have money in the first place they wll need to take out loans / apply for funding every step of the way.

At which point slooooooooooooooooooooooow sloooooooooooooooooooooooooow slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slooooooooooooooooooooooooow sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooow we see just how slow the processing goes. The lack of processing. The no processing.

We see the idea being given to previously existing business in a way that prevents / prohibits / rules out / excludes the person whose idea it was.

Until the person learns not to have ideas. Not to share their ideas.

Understands that the point is getting yourself in debt to the government such that they can take everything away.

Or so that there isn't a return on the investment.

YOu know, the business goes under with the lock-down. Because the government wants to give Coca Cola a big stimulus subsidy hand out payment because...

They funded the election.

They funded the air-time.

THey funded the bill-board that made it such that Chloe Swarbrick was the ONLY candidate who had any kind of name and face recognition in her electorate.

That made Jacinda the only alternative.

They couldn't / wouldn't / won't even pick two to fund equally.

I thnk: What's important about that? The illusion of choice?

It isn't about that. It's about the presence. Tolerance. Toleration. Of views other than the ONE. Disagreement. New idea. Critique.

These things we don't do.

WE aren't allowed to ask questions.

WE aren't allowed to make suggestions.

NO speaking rights.

So I come back to NZ and I go to all these talks...

I go... And I listen.

And people talk. They talk for an hour.

And I enrol in courses. And I listen to people talk.

And they talk for 2 or 3 hours per week.

And I listen to them. To what they are saying. They have hand-outs and notes of what they've said. ANd I listen to them.

And then I have a turn -- right?

They listen to me? Right?

They listen to me ask a question -- right?

They listen to me talk. They give me a seminar slot -- right?

Wrong.

They got so attached / used to them talking talking talking talking talking...

I was just a blow up doll...

A noddy head doll yuo sit on the front of your car.

They thought.

That's all they wanted.

There are no universities here.

They have academic merit scholarships. They are supposed to be awarded on academic merits.

They are supposed to go to the people with the highest GPA.

But apparently my GPA doesn't count because it's from courses that were studied more than 5 years ago.

And because teh University council says that they thought my research proposal was of poor quality and they decided to award the scholarshps on the basis of teh quality of the research proposal.

And what's to stop them? Who's going to prevent them?

I was supposed to spend a year applying to lots of places and then negotiating / haggling. So... If one place offered me a shcolarship I was supposed to follow the money.

Because that's what they would do. Follow the money.

They thought that by not offering me money I would be forced to do something else...

Otherwise... I'm retarded. Right? I haven't learned the lesson in NZ of following the money.

The people with the money control all the things because that's what money is / means.

And they only collect up research proposals to steal the ideas.

And the pepole on pay-roll will take credit for them.

LIke how they took the subject of my thesis and turned it into a conference to which I was not invited.

Not even as a listener.

And they still haven't given me my Degree.

and they sent my masters thesis out for two lots of PHD examination.

why?

because a masters thesis is 50,000 words and a PhD is 100,000 words. so the examiners would be forced into saying that i hadn't finished the PhD yet.

but i didn't apply to study the PhD. and i wasn't enrolled in the PhD programme of study.

i wouldn't enroll in a PhD with NZ universities because they take 10+ years to give people their degree and even then from what i've seen in more recent years they will only sign off once the student has produced something that is totally unacceptable to international employers because of plagarism or ethical violation or something like that. like having 'mongrel mob forever' tatooed across your face: having a research degree from a NZ university.

NCEA isn't multiple choice it's blah de blah blah blah...

i remember people complaining that the questions are too verbose. the question writers think they have 1 hour to speak or whatever and they haven't got the hang of the idea that the examination script is supposed to be the student getting to write something instead of the student needing spend the bulk of the time listening to the examination script writers...

why?

because they turn quantitative things into qualitative things as much as they can.

and they get very heavy-handed with the 'directives' about arbitrary things.

'because i said'.

comply with what i said becuase i said.

string together the phrases given to you by your teacher with the filler words we taught you in 'English' or 'grammer'. Turning bullet points into sentances. that google / that a black box brain will approve of only.

teaching people to write indistinguishably from computer programmes.

only.

yeah.

and then there will be batches of them, you see.

with the same teacher or the same tutor.

then they can ensure that the kids from certain schools get the best grades and the kids from certain other schools... don't. because of the differences in the information they are fed and the strict directive given to all to only do what they were fed. this ensures the integrity of the system whereby the aim of the system is to ensure that people are kept in their Proper Places according to the NZ government.

compliance becauses the primary objective because that's how we ensure people are kept in their places. people who don't comply with the instructions (people who do things better than the instructions they were given) are a source of... problem... because they could possibly / potentially do better than the slowest of the slow when it comes to keeping up with more complex directives.

they just can't raise the bar on the difficulty of the tasks that high because they need to ensure that no child of a wealthy elite is left behind. and it's hard becuase the brightest kids of the unwashed masses might accidentially find themselves exposed to quality materials... oh dear. that will upset the natural order.

i know... people don't think.

if they did...

i guess that's what i'm trying to do with my writing.

people to go 'no. i don't think that'.

so then question becomes 'well then why are things this way instead of all these things we could do to improve things and make them genuinely better and fairer for more. it won't matter so much if the not so bright kids of the wealthy elite have a position in life that is percieved to be lower down the hierarchy if we simply do away with these destructive and unhelpful ideas of hierarchy. if we treat people better across the board then we don't have to force peopel to do things they are unsuited to'.

we could finally get with the f*ck*ng programme.

what programme?

we could become a first world country.

nononononononoo my kid wants the piece of paper that says they are a doctor, lawyer, engineer, software engineer, bridge designer, payroll system designer and all of the money and power that goes with that.

well then... we don't get to have teh things that those people do.

only hire the incompetent.

to ensure we never get to have any of the things that those people are supposed to do. what it was that was supposed to be valuable about tem.

the point of a university education.

we only give degrees to people who can't read and who can't write. indistinguishable from a computer program.

newspeak.

brought to you by coca cola and the new zealand government and google.

telling people what to think / say / do / drink

and it doesn't prevent me from doing it. money is coming back to me for bond on my last place after i left it so i can pay for the courses with that.

but it is more the point that she thinks (she genuinely thinks) that she's preventing me from doing the courses.

she decided that a good use of her time is preventing someone from obtaining a secondary school education on teh grounds that they know enogh already... even when the person said they spent a year applying for jobs that were appropriate for entry level positions for someone with her qualifications... she even applied for (what is standardly perceived as graduate entry professional training programmes) in medicine -- which she was qualified for.

but new zealand won't acknowledge it's own qualifications!!!

i know that overseas doesnt' acknowledge our qualifications. like this:

new zealand medical degrees don't count.
new zealand law degrees don't count.

not for clinical positions.
and for whatever the equivalent of that is, for law. to charge for representing a client.

but new zealand doesn't even acknowledge it's own qualifications!

new zealand won't even acknowledge the lack of foreign qualifications (e.g., if someone has been de-registered or dis-barred overseas we don't acknowledge that.)

if i wanted to enrol in a postgraduate certificate in entreprenureship they would be happy.

a degree in philosophy.

but if i want to do NCEA biology, chemistry, physics, and math...

well, here we go again.

i'm not allowed. they can't therefore nobody is allowed. they don't want software systems or payroll or vacccines...

they don't want books. they don't want laws. they don't want books recording the laws. they dno't want comprehensible laws. they don't want books of comprehensile laws.

they don't want houses.
they don't want anything anything anything at all...

they don't want bridges.

they don't want computers.

they want all teh money in bonus bonds (where the 'bonus' payouts do not equal what teh interest payments should be have been overall).

low low low low low how low can we go?

the unfortunate experiment

In reply to ., posted by alexandra_k on January 19, 2021, at 16:29:39

they call the cartwrite inquiry 'the unfortunate experiment'.

the idea being that it was unfortunate for the doctor involved that the legal system chose to take issue with what he was doing.

they think it was unfortunate because there are so many other doctors involved in similar types of experiments. both at the time. and subsequently.

they think that the lesson or the moral of the cartwrite inquiry is that people don't need to know / shouldn't really hear about the things that are standardly or typically or normally done in our hospitals or our universities or whatever.

people don't have the stomach for it. the balls for it. people don't know how scientific research (implication inevitably or must) proceed. in order for advances to be made. in order for timely advances to be made.

it's what they say to justify it to themselves. that the ethical or moral violations are required or necesary for scientific progress.

only...

how much progress does new zealand made? really?

the great lie seems to be that we are world leading in anything good or important or anything that actually matters.

mostly... we don't progress. mostly the experimentation isn't helping progress isn't contributing to progress. it's mostly oppression of the people with a thinly veiled excuse or rationalisation or justification that it's needed for their own good, somehow. you know. the people were asking for it. or they would have if they understood what was good for their doctor. i mean them. i mean their psychopathic doctor. i mean them. helping you, helping you, helping myself to you, helping me help myself to you, the things i need to say to live with myself.

so this doctor takes cervical cells from infants as soon as they born. swabs them. without the consent of their mother. because he had this idea that he might manage to collect cells that were sufficiently distressed / traumatised looking... but he might be able to collect cells from that same individual later in life where the cells weren't looking distressed / traumatised looking. a sort of... unhealthy pre-cancerous sort of seeming... then things getting better. then things looking pre-cancerous. then things looking better.

and by collecting this longitudinal evidence of cells looking pre-cancerous and then looking better... he wanted to justify withholding treatment from women with cervical cancer. the idea was that they would get better all by themselves no treatment was needed.

and of course the government likely funded all this because he was agreeing not to treat a lot of women in the public sector which meant that the government didn't need to pay for their medical treatment and since the government hadn't given them jobs sufficient for them to purchase health insurance the government likely thought it was saving money on their deaths, too.

and of course he was not treating women for pre-cancer / cancer who would have been treated in other countries. his thing was that other countries intervene in a way that is costly and not worth it. we should just do nothing.

like how we refuse to treat people with strep throat in the name of preventing antibiotic resistence. we should just do nothing.

anyway, apparently he was wrong and many women died needlessly.

and he wasn't liable becuase the government has removed people's right to sue medical practitioners.

more recently they were doing dose-dependent response studies on how exposure to black mould toxins in people's houses was resulting in problems breathing, asthma, allergies. that means that they were forcing people to live in... forcing people to remain living in... not invervening in... people keeping children in mouldy homes so they could measure just how sick they could make them.

in the name of 'equity', of course. usually it's maaori and pacific people who are targeted for involuntary participation in these medical 'experiments' or torture trials or however you want to see them.

i suppose they want to infect the infants cervic with HPV, really. different strains of it when they are very very young. Then see when they get their cervical cancer.

i mean -- why wouldn't you -- if you could get away with it? and you can in new zealand.

anyone might be forgiven for thinking that that is what this country is for...

the great experiment.

indeed.

so... suppose they manage to give a bunch of infants different strains of HPV and see which of them cause cancer and the age of onset when they are intentionally infected at birth

(i mean who wouldn't wnat to be the very very first to give a newborn girl an STD if you thought you could get away with it?)

how is this helping?

I mean... Science. Helping people...

What can we learn from that that we couldn't learn from association studies?

The problem with people who think there's no alternative... That atrocities are required for timely progress...

Is a combination of stupidity (don't confuse a failure of imagination for an insight into necessity) and psychopathy.

There's so much unnecessay and needless torture. Of animals and people both.

There is no excuse.

where is my degree?

you only give degrees to idiot psychopaths?

is that the point?

people go:

'is that what you think of us? if that is what you think of us then you deserve to be mobbed by the mob and exterminated in your sleep!'

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK?

where is my degree?

why didn't you enrol me in the programme i applied to?
that's what the law says.
why didn't you follow the law?
'we don't have to and you can't make us'

if you think you have the power to refuse to enrol people in degrees they want to be enrolled in and they are capable of doing becuase you think that you have the power to force people to enrol in all and only the degrees you choose for them...

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK?

i see your choosing...

and there's no journals.
there's no real research output.
what research output there is...

there are only a few people with speaking rights.
and most of it reads... like the post-modernist essay generator.

a google-speak written by a computer programme sort of nonsense buzz word and catch-phrase...

'game changer'

everybody is all about that now.

but not many exhibit any kind of genuine understanding.

genuine understanding seems inversely related to where the money goes.

so...

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK?

well, obviously, i am not supposed to think.

i wasn't supposed to have been born at all, really.

we just want bodies in vats.

immobilised people in aged care institutions or hospitals.

to be experimented on.

what are the effects of no sunlight?

we pretend not to know so we can run an experiment of keeping people out of sunlight in the name of 'helping'.

this is why most of the bills of rights laws START with the right to not be subjected to medical 'experimentation'

they mean torture for the amusement of others.
