Auto Accident/Hot Sweats and Skin burn

I was recently in an auto accident. Front end full compact crash into a tree.

I did suffer head injury. Surface scars mild.

I get hot sweat and new burn spots on the body at different locations. Has anyone else experienced it.

I am currently on no medication. Any suggestions.
