Nope. BuSpar is basically an antidepressant (of the "atypical"/"mixed-action" sort, like Serzone and Remeron). Drug tests of the sort that you're liable to run across won't test for random drugs like BuSpar. Things they might test for: opiates, cocaine, amphetamines, tricyclics (if it's a test in a hospital), benzos, barbiturates, marijuana.
It is not effective for all types of anxiety, however, something a lot of physicians don't seem to realize.
