In other words, is the average psychiatrist familiar with such treatment? Also, is this augmentation particularly useful in those with a propensity to abuse (oral only) opioids, such as hydrocodone? I take Zoloft and while I don't have a serious problem, I do have an affinity for things that attach to my opioid receptors.
