Ultram questions and advice on opiads

can anyone give me any info on ultram for treating depression or other idea's for treatment resistant depression and the use of opiads.

what doses of ultram have people used and what are the side-effects of this medication if anyone has long-term
use of it.

does anyone know of other resources i might goto on the web to get info on treatment resistant depression...
