Ritalin vs. Ritalin SR

Posted by anita on August 21, 1999, at 18:05:53

I have heard that Ritalin SR does not work nearly as well as regular Ritalin for depression and attention-deficit problems. Anyone know if this is
generally clinically true? I had a good response to Ritalin except for the roller-coaster effect due to the short half-life and am wondering if Ritalin SR
would be an improvement.

thanks,
anita
