High Cortisol Levels in Anxiety and Depression

I've read some interesting material regarding high
cortisol levels causing or at least contributing to anxiety,
despression and even Alzheimer's. My mother recently
died of Alzheimer's, and she suffered from depression
and anxiety for most of her life. Think there is
any connection her Dr. Bob?
