Melatonin for discontinuation of benzo's

Posted by dove on November 23, 1999, at 8:58:08

"Sustained-release melatonin facilitates discontinuation of insomnia treatment with benzodiazepines in long-term users, according to the results of a study published in the November 8th issue of Archives of Internal Medicine."
