I have been on lithium and there are more side
effects (like dizziness) with Neurontin. On the
other hand, no blood work-up is needed, so it is
easier to take.

For me, it seems more effective than lithium. My
cycles are fairly rapid (for a male) and seem to
take about a month to complete. Lithium is more
effective for longer cycles from what I've read.
