Wayne -
I'm very interested in your question. I am a graduate student in nursing at the university of massachusetts and for my final semester I will be developing models for teaching legal aspects to nursing students and nurses. I have practiced health law for 15 years and that helped shape my interest in developing a model. It's been my impression that nurses want information but lack resources. The ones I've come across tend to frighten and obfuscate issues. I am very interested in finding out more about what you want to know. Would you be willing to send me an email with your thoughts - what are the situations which trigger your concerns, what resources do you see in your setting, any other thoughts you might have. I look forward to hearing from you (and any other nurse or nursing student who might provide input. Thanks a lot.
Anita
