I have been using that checklist of Ivan Goldberg's. The past month I was consistently scoring above 80 on the Depression scale and under 10 on the Mania questionnaire. I took both questionnaires again a couple of days ago and then today. The Depression score has dropped down to the upper 30's and the Mania score is consistently over 60.

How much faith can be put in checklists like this? Should I try to tell my p-doc about the extreme change over the last 3-4 days? How do ya'll utilize measuring tools like this? Does it help you realize what is getting better and what isn't? Any other checklists that are better for mixed-agitated-bipolar folks? Lots o'questions, don't feel pressured to answer all or none, just kinda thinking outloud. Thanks everybody.
