Here are a couple ideas for you. I'm not sure of the spelling, but there is a drug called Bethanechol. It is a cholinergic drug. It is used to counteract the anticholinergic side effects of antidepressants. If you can get Bethanechol, then you will have many more NE antidepressant options available to you.
Remeron works on both 5HT and NE by stimulating their release. Its primary side effects are sedation and weight gain.
But since you are in Switzerland, you should be able to get Amisulpride(Solian). It is an antipsychotic/antidepressant. I believe it's from Germany. Maybe France. Not sure. It works on dopamine, not 5HT or NE, and has been proven successful in clinical trials for depression, dysthymia, and the similar negative symptoms of schizophrenia. And it apparently works faster than the SSRIs. I tried a sample of it from a friend for a couple days and I like it a lot. It had no side effects other than a slightly dry mouth. And it was a little be activating, giving me more energy. My friend got it from a pharmacy in Switzerland. If I were you, I would definitely look for Amisulpride. We in the USA are missing out on a real good drug in Amisulpride.
Wish you well. JohnL
p.s. (if you can send me some Amisulpride, I WANT SOME) :)
