Message for Saint James

Hi Saint James,

John L advised you may be able to provide some information on effexor and remeron or wellbrutin.

I've posted some threads which people may have already discussed in someone else's threads last month, but
really would like some detailed information on how this combination affected you over time.

As a recap on my previous threads, I've taken SSRI's before, but they really haven't done anything. For a month I've taken effexor and expedited the increase because I was able to handle it. I'm now on 450 mg
for the last 3 weeks and my doc has added remeron which
I've taken now for 5 days,30 mg at night. I'm usually on the slow/tired side, doc added remeron for better sleep and feel this will aid in the tireness. I wanted wellbrutin instead because I heard it is more stimulating and doesn't cause weight gain.

How long have you been on this combo, what did you notice after a month or two, was there less tireness, did you feel better, did you feel less of the effect of the drugs, but the same, did you gain weight, were you heavy to begin with?

I just really want to get a good idea of how it is over time.

Are you a man or a woman? If a woman, did you notice a change with your periods or anything to that effect? Please let me know.

Thanks!
Sassy
