Brian, I have tried several SSRI's (Prozac, Luvox, Zoloft) as well as other AD (Imipramine, Serzone, Effexor). All the SSRI's had some negative effect on desire, arousal and especially orgasm. Now I'm trying Effexor-XR and so far, so good. But it is not an SSRI. The SSRI's helped with OCD and depression, but made me feel MORE depressed after a while, when I couldn't achieve orgasm.--Cindy W
