He was having the "dizzy spells" long before he began the Wellbutrin (shoulda said that.) So I'm not sure the Wellbutrin would necessarily be a factor......well......could, of course, be a factor since he had a full-fledged seizure. But I can't figure out the "dizzy spells" - they've increased in frequency and intensity over the course of almost several years. (I know, I know......you'd think he would have already gone to the doctor, right?)
