journaling

Posted by janet on January 24, 2000, at 17:47:30

I have a question. I have this obsession with my journals that I've written in over the years. I've put all my deep thoughts and feelings into these for great therapy. I have this unending idea that if my psychologist could read these and get inside my head, that it would help solve everything. I know , I know , she said I need medication too for the bi-polar. Anyway, my question, should I give her a journal to read away from my session, or read it to her during a session? I'd just assume give it to her and not waste our session time. I'm new to her and just want her to know me. Is that expecting too much since I'm not paying her to read during off time?
