my trial of reboxetine was about 10 weeks, and during that time I didn't notice any major change in the insomnia, except that I didn't wake up as many times during the night towards wk 10 as I did in the beginning. Since I was involved in the study, I couldn't take anything to help sleep, so had to try to deal with it as best I could. Antihistimines might help (i.e. benedryl), although I've heard they lose efficacy after awhile. There are also some newer sleeping medications that are supposed to be good (i.e. Ambien) and nonaddictive. Good luck!
