I have found SJW to be useful at times. It was never a miracle or anything for me, but it did help a notch or two on a ten point scale. I don't think I ever dosed high enough though. My sex was improved all around with SJW, most especially in terms of desire. It has some action on dopamine which should stimulate libido, and it lowers prolactin levels which is good for performance. Just up this page a bit is another post about SJW from Noa. In my reply there are some web addresses with good reading on SJW.
I've tried SJW in all kinds of settings. The two best were with 5HTP, and then with Prozac. Two worst were with Paxil(not a good combo at all) or Zoloft.
I think it's important to stick with pharmaceutical formulas used in clinical studies. That would be Kira or Movana at most stores, or Nature's Way Perika at health food stores. The standard dose of 3 pills a day is pretty low. Some studies used doses of 9 pills a day. Though there are a lot of us here not completely well, I have heard reports of SJW being miraculous to some people.
