Should I switch to Effexor??

I am thinking of switching to Effexor and would love some input. I have been on Celexa for about 5 months and it works great for me, except I have gained 20 lbs, have horrible night sweats, and ZERO sex drive. My pdoc suggested switching to Effexor, but I'm scared of getting on that merry-go-round again after finding an AD that finally worked for me. But I really am sick of having no sex drive, and I hate the weight gain (although this could be from stopping smoking).

Can anybody with Effexor experience give me any advice? Thank you so much!
