As far as I know it's in all states maybe under a different name.And his lawyer said he would take installment payments if we had to go on anymore,We didn't want a court appointed lawyer because they don't fight for you,(YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR). Our lawyer said we could win if we wanted to fight it but my husband don't want it in the papers anymore because they print what they want & our kids went through so much last time it was all in the papers.
