I've read that in general reboxetine does not cause drug-drug interactions. However both effexor and reboxetine are inhibitors of norepinephrine. That may indicate that a person should take less than the recommended dosage of reboxetine of 8 to 10mgs. when also taking effexor. My idea on this would be to start low and go slow.
