There's nothing petty about anything you've said here. Let's face it: ten pounds on a guy isn't the same change as ten pounds on most women. It feels like more to us.

I noticed weight change on Celexa last year, and I'd forgotten about it until you mentioned it here. I was considering taking it again, as an adjunct to Wellbutrin. I'm going to reconsider, now that I recall the weight gain.

I don't think it's unreasonable to list and priortize those side effects which cause us the most distress and to try to avoid them if at all possible. Sure, we'd all choose relief from depression as our first priority. But that doesn't mean that we can't priortize and force-rank other considerations.
