Respirdal was approved as one of the new generation of anti-psychotics, but it has been found to have both anti-anxiety and anti-depressant effects. You can go to mentalhealth.com and there is a section on medications.
I've been on 3 mg a day along with celexa and lamictal. What I've been most aware of is its anti-anxiety properties. The only side effect that was problematic for me (and only at the beginning) was that it was sedating, but I've now gotten used to it.> Jessica,
