Welcome Mark,

Thanks for the introduction. I have never heard anyone attributing their depression to their allergies or to an over production of adrenaline before.

I have pretty bad allergies but never considered that they could be involved in my depression. Also how can you tell that adrenaline is involved in your depression?

funny how rapid cyclers tend to cycle on either manmade units of time or seasonal ones.
