As has been mentioned, Survector has been discontinued. That's too bad. I tried it once for about 2 weeks. I was starting to really like it. But when I tried to get a refill, it was discontinued. Damn.
I don't know about Tianeptine. I think I've seen it available at some mailorder pharmacy in Thailand. But delivery can take a long time. At least a month.
Amisulpride might be a real good substitue for Amineptine. It's another dopamine specific drug with very mild side effects. It's alerting, not sedating. It stimulates dopamine at low doses. There's a mailorder pharmacy in Switzerland that supplies it (name Victoria Apotheke). www.pharmaworld.com But they do require a mailed authentic prescription.
I did a search on german pharmacies and received replies from three that could mailorder Amisulpride with a faxed prescription. They didn't seem to care if the prescription was authentic or not...or else they would have required a mailed prescription.
In the USA a drug that works very similar to Amisulpride is Trifluoperizine (Stelazine). It is an antipsychotic known for being more alerting rather than sedating. It works a lot like Amisulpride and is supposed to be a good substitute, according to international psychiatrist Hagop Akiskal. Regardless, I really wish they wouldn't have discontinued Survector! Darn. I really haven't heard many good reports on Tianeptine. Some comparitive studies indicated it wasn't quite as good as comparitor drugs.
