Phil, you are still a brave man, whether you quit or keep dragging through the motions. I'm seriously bummed for you. And you're absolutely right about the sitting in your truck during lunch and having a hard time going back in, that is definitely not a good sign. Is the place just too much? Is there any people there to lend you a warm conversation, or a reference point as to whether or not the environment gets better after a while? Darn money anyway, it makes so many people do what they hate and abhor, and causes so much stress to the already burdened. Is the turnover/burn-out rate high there? Can you use any of the newly acquired experience, even if short-lived, to move on to something similar but different? It'll be hard, and I hope you don't feel alone, I wish we could somehow carry the burden with you. Good vibes, good thoughts and strength, lots of strength to back you up, that's what I telepathically send to you.
My thoughts will be with you tomorrow, as will my prayers. Let us know how it goes either way. And take care Phil!
