It's been awhile but I think he mentioned something about my addictive nature (alcoholic) and that he felt safer with the Zyprexa. The one good thing about AP's is that they do tend to work quickly and you will notice results within the first few days.

See, this is what I'm not sure of either but my pdoc says that it should be tried alone first since the other attempts at all of the AD's or AD's plus anti anxiety agents all gave antidepressant/ anti anxiety effect but with intolerable side effects.I dunno.
