relapse or not?

just over a month ago i had an OCD attack combined with depression. my doc changed my meds and things were getting much better. now, i'm feeling more depressed than anything, not really obsessing that much, but afraid that i'll be obsessing very soon. could the new med be failing on me after only taking it for a month? is this normal? anyone experience this before?
