I don't get it. I am not sleeping during the day, in fact I hope I sleep a few good hours tonight, but I think I do feel a little "brighter" mood and more mentally alert. Today was the first day I took 100 mg. 2 x/day. So far so good. Keep your fingers crossed! elise
