The bad news is that I feel sleepy much of the time. The worse news is that I have a hell of a time getting to sleep at night.
Then again, I am sleeping pretty well, considering.
The other thing to keep in mind is that I am such a night owl, I could easily work most of the night and sleep most of the day. The part I hate is that I could also get up before dawn and be really productive then, and then nap around noon and be happy.
The changes in my life: living with someone for the first time in a decade, adjusting to another person's schedule, and especially going from 'scratching a living out of the bare earth' sort of thing to 'domestic partner of computer programmer who works 80 hours a week and earns not nearly enough, but six times what anyone else does and expects clean laundry and dinner on the table when he gets home at midnight' style living. Well, those are some tough changes to make.
Hell, for the last decade, I didn't bother with dinner half the time, because PopTarts seemed good enough... (OK, let's forget PopTarts, but something similar.)
Good luck. I love Effexor, and rejoice at its effects on my life. Best thing since two piece bathing suits.
