That's what I would do too. Whether that's right or wrong can be debated. Sometimes when we have more than one drug it can become confusing in terms of side effects or which drug is doing what or how the combination is creating a whole different picture than either drug alone. The only way I've ever been able to figure it out is to remove one drug at a time. Confusing sometimes. But in your shoes I would, and have, done exactly what you're doing. Most of the time I've been stable enough to do this on my own. But for someone who is not currently stable or in a state of suicidal ideation or psychosis, it's not a good idea to juggle anything without the physician's direct involvement. In your case it sounds fine. It will be interesting to see which of your two drugs is doing what.
