Is there a link between Calcium and Migraines?
At least for me that is a definate YES!
After much research and ALOT of trigger tracing,
and a total elemination of ALL dairy, all cheese,
everything with more than 2% calcium in the nutritional
information and most stuff with that 2% unless it's a
favorite, and then only VERY sparingly, and only when I feel good, a bit of coincidental research that seems to lead to both a calcium link and a bacterial / viral

complex. Throw in upmteen diffrent high powered meds,
many of which work in unexpected and counter intuitive
ways and MY OTHER SEMI RELATED PROBLEMS and of course
I am disabled and on welfare. But I am not complaining.It's taken 2 years and the help of the state but with an iron will and a near vampiric existance I am migraine free. Until Today. Until A single 500 Mg Biaxin for this so called Gastric Ulcer. then WHAM!
I think I am having what others would call a full blown migraine. On some Midrin and Topamax, it's managable and ALOT less than what would be a usual full migraine for me...so I dont know...but It's still not good and the only thing that really changed today
is the Biaxin!!!Unless I am totally out of my mind here you have a "INERT" binder with antibiotic pill (a big WHITE HORSE PILL) AND IT'S FRIGGING CALCIUM RIGHT???????
So, if it's the "ACTIVE" INGREDIANT is 500mg of
Biaxin and "INERT" is B of BINDER (CALCIUM) and my
trigger level is T per hour + OTHER TRIGGERS =

The man is an Okay doctor, he is just overworked to the point of incompetance, but dont get me even started on our local hospitals...they are the ones who have nearly killed me a COUPLE of times with Depakote...maybe THEY ARE THE ONES I SHOUD SUE...Anyhoo...this is getting too long and I am getting too
